For 155 years, Furrer Jacot has continued to masterfully blend artisanal handcrafting combined with innovative high technology to produce unsurpassed jewelry. We continue to follow the tradition from the beginning, that every aspect of our pieces are still made –one ring at a time– 100% in its entirety in the Canton of Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

Celebrating this milestone, it is a good feeling to still have the archives with the old design books of more than 100 years in house. It is an invaluable source of heritage and inspiration for my team and myself, and we are grateful to be linked so closely to the history of the brand while we continue to build the future of Furrer Jacot.

Every new apprentice learns the craft that Furrer Jacot was built from 155 years ago; and we will continue to pass this in-house knowledge from generation to generation.

This tradition has rewarded us, for example, with our current chief designer, Lucas Ruppli, who began his apprenticeship in this same building more than 25 years ago. The tradition of handing down knowledge enables us to handcraft pieces, which are unsurpassed in execution and design, and set the standard for high end engagement rings and wedding bands in the market. Our head of manufacturing and the ateliers, Wilfiried Spaeth, started as diamond setter at Furrer Jacot and has been with the company for over 33 years, teaching and guiding many new goldsmith apprentices.

We can and love to adapt to customer wishes by incorporating our client’s unique individuality and dreams into our extensive collection of designs.

We are focusing on making truly bespoke jewelry, while others are relaying on expensive marketing campaigns to create the dream. My team and I only believe in producing one ring at a time, in order to offer every customer of ours a truly exclusive jewelry piece.

Furrer Jacot: unique, true and authentic to celebrate the milestone moments in life. Thank you for your trust.

Sincerely,
Walter Häusermann
