Registered owners enjoy a range of exclusive services designed to preserve the beauty and integrity of their jewelry over time:

 

Complimentary Professional Care

Within two years of purchase, our master goldsmiths will professionally refurbish your jewelry and our diamond setters will inspect all diamond settings free of charge.

In accordance with the Lifetime Warranty conditions, this service is repeated at the end of every subsequent 10-year period.

 

Complimentary Ring Resizing

From the second year after purchase, registered customers are entitled to one complimentary ring resizing.

If the ring is later passed on to a direct heir, an additional complimentary resizing is available.

For rings featuring personal engravings, every effort is made to preserve the original engraving during the resizing process.

 

Diamond Replacement Protection

Should a diamond up to 0.05 carat be lost due to a manufacturing-related issue, Furrer Jacot will replace the stone free of charge for registered owners, provided the loss was not caused by accident, negligence, or improper care.

 

Lifetime Protection Against Manufacturing Defects

Upon registration, Furrer Jacot extends warranty coverage against material and workmanship defects for the lifetime of the jewelry.

 

How to Register

To activate your Lifetime Warranty, simply register your jewelry within 180 days of purchase using the warranty certificate completed by your authorized Furrer Jacot retailer.

The Lifetime Warranty applies to registered jewelry and covers defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from accidents
• Improper handling or inadequate care
• Alterations or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties

To maintain the validity of the warranty, the jewelry must be inspected by Furrer Jacot or an authorized Furrer Jacot retailer at least once every ten years. We generally recommend a professional inspection every one to three years to ensure your jewelry remains in optimal condition.
